The Philadelphia 76ers have an opportunity to finish off their best-of-seven series against the Washington Wizards in four games if they can continue their streak of dominant play with a victory in Game 4 on Monday night. The 76ers have gotten whatever they have wanted on the offensive end over the course of the first three games and they will try to continue that trend at Capital One Arena this evening. While there is still plenty of basketball left to be played this evening, it is the Sixers who own a slim lead after 12 minutes of play.
Unfortunately for Washington, nothing it's tried on the defensive end has worked so far. When Joel Embiid was doubled, others like Tobias Harris, Ben Simmons and Seth Curry stepped up for Philadelphia, and Embiid went to work on Washington's single coverage. Bradley Beal has had a solid series for the Wizards, as he's averaged 29 points per performance, but he just hasn't had enough help on the offensive end. Washington will need other players to step up in Game 4, or else the series won't make it back to Philadelphia.
